HOT CHICKEN CURRY-KERALA STYLE

Ingredients used in HOT CHICKEN CURRY-KERALA STYLE
• Fennel seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Sliced onion - 2 no.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Cinnamon - 1 small.
• Cardamom - 2 no.
• Corriander powder - 1 0.
• Kashmiri mirch - 1 0.
• Curry leaves - 3 sticks.
Method:
  • Take a kadhai, put some oil add mustard seeds with curry leaves , when it crackles add onion and fry till golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till done. and the grounded masala ( fennel, cinnamon, cardamom , corriander powder, kashmiri mirch), please note masala what you are putting should in a semiliquid form.
  • Now fry the masala and add chicken,salt to it and turn for a while. add water and lett the chicken simmer and done well.
  • Add coconut milk to it , stir and remove immediately.
