Chinese Style Chicken Fry with Field Beans

Ingredients used in Chinese Style Chicken Fry with Field Beans
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Beans - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a plate add chicken, soya sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mix it well and coat the corn flour.
  • Deep fry it and keep aside.
  • In the same oil add beans and fry it and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add cumin seeds, onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, tomato, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt, fried chicken and beans and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve it.
