Ingredients used in Chicken Drumstick Leaves Stir Fry
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 400 grams.
• Tomato puree - 2 tablespoons.
• Drumsticks leaves - 1 cup.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onions chopped, salt, cook these onions are slightly colored, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cook this ginger garlic raw flavor is gone. Then add chicken pieces, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mix it well. Add tomato puree, drumstick leaves mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes till the chicken is tender. *Serve this hot with rice.*
