WARM MUSHROOMS WITH CORIANDER

Ingredients used in WARM MUSHROOMS WITH CORIANDER
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Mushrooms - 6-8 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves or spring onions(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and switch off flame.
  • Add mushrooms, salt, coriander leaves and saute it until mushroom changes to slightly brown in colour.

Now warm mushroom with coriander leaves is ready to serve.
