ULTA TAWA PARATHA

Ingredients used in ULTA TAWA PARATHA
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Saffron - 4 pieces.
• Kewra water - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - 3-5 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add milk, saffron mixed in little water, kewra water, sugar, salt, soaked semolina and mix it.
  • In it, add wheat flour and mix to make the dough, knead again with little oil.
  • Divide the dough into small portion and roll paratha by pressing with hand (or by rolling pin).
  • Heat ulta tawa and place paratha and cook it on both sides.

Now the ulta tawa is ready to serve.
