Ingredients used in SWEET DOSA
• Wheat flour - 250 grams.
• Grated jaggery - 250 grams.
• Grated coconut - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
Take the bowl and add wheat flour,grated jaggery, cardamom powder, water and mix it thoroughly like the dosa batter. Mix the grated coconut to the batter. Heat the non stick pan and spread the batter like dosa. Cook both the sides by applying oil. Hot sweet dosa is ready to serve.
