Ingredients used in Tomato Flavored Chicken 65 Fried Rice
• Water - as required.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Ajinomoto - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Chicken (pieces) - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (pieces) - 1 number.
• Red, yellow, green capsicums (pieces) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (slit) - 3 number.
• Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Crush pepper powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Curd - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan,add tomato puree, Ajinomoto, soya sauce, salt, oil, pre-soaked rice and cook it.
  • Now take chicken pieces in a bowl, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, salt, finely chopped curry leaves, mix well, deep fry in hot oil and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion pieces, salt, capsicum pieces, green chilies, red chili sauce, crush pepper powder, coriander leaves, curd, give it a mix, transfer the fried chicken pieces, saute it, add cooked rice, toss it and cook it.

Serve hot Tomato Flavored Chicken 65 Fried Rice with raitha of your choice.
