Ingredients used in Healthy Kebab with lamb and Broad Beans
• Broad beans - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Mutton keema - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
In a pan add water, broad beans and boil it. Transfer into a blender and add ginger, garlic, green chilies make a coarse paste later add mutton keema paste it again. Take a mixing bowl add the mixture and add red chili powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, onion and mix it well. Make the mixture like patties and coat the bread crumbs. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Gently place 4-5 patties in the pan and shallow fry, cooking each side for 2 minutes before gently flipping over with a small spatula to cook the other side. Repeat till all patties are cooked. Serve it with ketchup.
