Chilakada Dumpa Tho Dragon Rolls

Ingredients used in Chilakada Dumpa Tho Dragon Rolls
• Sweet potatoes (chilakada dumpa) - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green peas (cut) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - as required.
• Cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Boil sweet potatoes and mash them.
  • In the same plate, grate boiled potatoes, add grated cheese, salt and mix well.
  • Heat oil in apan, add chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder and mix it once.
  • Add cut green peas, chopped coriander leaves to the same pan and cook well.
  • Transfer the cooked mixture to the previous plate with sweet potato mixture, mix well
  • Now shape the mixture into small dumplings and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour along with water and prepare to a thin batter.
  • Now dip the dumplingsin the prepared batter, coat them with bread crumbs, deep fry till they turn golden yellow in color.

Chilakada Dumpa Tho Dragon Rolls is now ready to serve.
