Ingredients used in KUNDAPUR CHICKEN
• Green chilies (slited) - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Fresh coconut (grated ) - 1/2 cup.
• Tamarind pieces (optional) - 10 grams.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper corn - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilies - 2 numbers.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
In a pan add red chilies, peppercorn, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, tamarind pieces, dry roast the ingredients. Then grind this ingredient to a fine paste by adding coconut powder and water. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chilies, curry leaves, masala paste, and cook till oil oozes out of gravy. Add chicken to the above pan, mix it and cook it with closed lid on a slow flame. Later season it with salt, coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes. At last, sprinkle chopped coriander and switch off the flame. Serve this hot with akki roti.

Chef do you know that the chicken recipe I used to cook before watching your videos is very similar to this but the masala I used is slightly different, if we eat that Kundapur Chicken curry with akki roti then we can sleep good..after eating! Thanks

So are you going to heaven alone with toddy, then take us also..I didn't know it was so easy to go to heaven. ;) Oh Jesus I always pray to bring us the heaven, but vah chef has taught us a very easy method to go to heaven. Toddy is the problem..
