Ingredients used in CABBAGE AND PANEER SANDWICH
• Cabbage grated - 1 number.
• Panee grated - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - half tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slice - 2 numbers.
Method:
Take grated cabbage in a bowl and add grated paneer, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and mix it with a spoon. Place this mixture on bread slice and spread it nicely. Now keep the other bread slice on it. You can now cut in to pieces or serve it like that in breakfast or lunch.
