Ingredients used in Bitter Gourd & Onions Cashew Pakodas
• Bitter gourd (sliced) - 7 number.
• Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 3 number.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 3 springs.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Chick pea flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take finely sliced bitter gourd and onion pieces in a bowl, add soaked cashew nuts, silted green chilies, finely chopped curry leaves, chickpea flour, rice flour, baking soda, salt, red chili powder and mix well by adding required amount of water.
  • Drop the flitters of the prepared mixture in hot oil, deep fry, transfer to a plate, sprinkle chat masala on top.

Hot and crispy Bitter Gourd & Onions Cashew Pakoda is now ready to serve.
