Veg Burrito/ Frankie Recipe, How To Make Veg Burrito/ Frankie Recipe

We can also use patties in place of hashbrowns. If not we can always go head and add boiled blackbeans or any beans as a normal burrito.

We generally dont get much of the veggi options in US so i tried this. This recipe is from my own creativity. When i first tried this, it turned out really awesome and became one of my fav snack.

Ingredients used in Veg burrito/ frankie
• Tortillas/ chapati - 1 large.
• Peppers capsicum - 10 piece.
• Cauliflower - 1/8 cup.
• Carrots - 1/8 cup.
• Onions - 1/8 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Hot sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Hash browns - 1 piece.
Method:
Stir fry all the veggies in a pan on high flame for about a min. Add salt, pepper powder and chat masala. Cook a tortilla on a skillet or tawa on both sides. Apply hot sauce on 1side then put a hash brown in the middle. Add all the veggies on top on the hash brown. Add little pepper powder and chat masala above it. Wrap into a burrito or a frankie roll and enjoy this yummy recipe.
