All we need is French fries which is brought from super market , and one cup of corn flour, 1/2 a cup of all purpose flour , 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes, salt , water and oil. ( optional add 1/2 teaspoon of dry basil to get better taste and flavour )
Take a bowl and add , corn flour, all purpose flour chilli flakes , salt and water mix well.
Add French fries to it and mix well.
Drop into the oil one by one , cook for 5 min in 180degrees.
Get tasty , easy , super masala French fries with the cup of tea.
