SWEET MANGO CHUTNEY

Sweet and spicy raw mango chutney or chunda can be used with parathas, pulao or even in sandwiches.

• Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, raw mango, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, jaggery and saute it.
• To it add 2 cup water and cook it until mango become soft.
• Check for seasoning and transfer into bowl.

Now sweet mango chutney is ready to serve.
