Ingredients used in SWEET DUMPLING
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Sesame seeds (dry roasted) - 2 teaspoons.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Sugar powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a cup and dissolve jaggery in little water. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cardamom powder, sesame seeds, baking powder, baking soda (optional) and mix it. To it, strain jaggery water and mix to get mysore bajji consistency. Heat oil in a pan, drop in small dumpling with hands and deep fry until golden brown in colour. At last, transfer into paper towel and dust some powdered sugar. Now sweet dumpling are ready to serve.
