SWEET CORN PUDDING

Ingredients used in SWEET CORN PUDDING
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn puree - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Cornmeal flour - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add egg, sugar and beat it.
  • To it add milk and beat again. To it add sweet corn puree, chopped sweet corn, cornmeal flour, all purpose flour and mix nicely.
  • To it add butter and mix nicely and transfer into baking tray and bake it for 180 degree for 20-30 minutes.

Now sweet corn pudding is ready to serve.
