SWEET CLOVE POCKETS

Ingredients used in SWEET CLOVE POCKETS
• Maida flour - 2 cups.
• Ghee - 4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Raisins - 1 tablespoon.
• Nutmeg - half tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - half tea spoon.
• Dry coconut (grated) - 1 cup.
• Dry fruits (almond, cashew nuts, walnuts) - half cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Cloves - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Place a bowl on stove, pour water and add sugar to it.
  • Let it boil till it appears as string consistency.
  • Then take Raisins, dried coconut powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, flakes of almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts and mix them all together.
  • Make a dough of maida flour by adding ghee, now make small balls and press them like poori.
  • Then keep the mixture in middle and fold from all the sides then pinwith cloves.
  • Then deep fry them in oil and dip in sugar syrup.
  • Now the tasty dish is ready to serve.
