Ingredients used in Cauliflower Muffins Coins
• Milk - 2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Butter - 6 cube.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower (grated) - 1 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg (grated) - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Saute butter and all-purpose flour in a pan till the mixture thickens. Once its done, add milk, mixed herbs, grated cauliflower, and cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Now season it with salt, pepper powder, grated nutmeg and mix by even adding 1 beaten egg. Then place the mixture in a greased plate and sprinkle bread crumbs, grated cheese, olive oil. At last, bake it in an oven for 20 minutes and serve it.
