Ingredients used in Spicy Kheema balls Curry
• Keema - 250 grams.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Meat masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - half bunch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Roasted chana dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Dry red chilies - 2 number.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Cardamom - 3 number.
• Cinnamon stick (1 inch) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - half cup.
Method:
  • Takekeema in a bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, red chili powder, meat masala, chopped mint leaves, curry leaves, garlic, chrushed fennel seeds and roasted chana dal, now mix by adding water in small quantities.
  • Shape the mixture into small dumplings and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilies, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, chopped onions, salt (to taste) and saute till onions turn slightly brown in color.
  • Nowadd red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder, tomato puree and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Then add prepared keema balls and cook by stirring occasionally.
  • At last, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot rice.
