Ingredients used in Ricotta Chesse Choloclate barfi
• Ricotta cheese - 500 grams.
• Pure ghee - 100 ml.
• Sugar - 100 grams.
• Cocoa powder - 75 grams.
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, Crush the ricotta cheese and add to the pan once ghee is hot. Keep frying the cheese till all the water is is gone and cheese starts leaving oil. fry further till it becomes light brown and starts leaving nice aroma. Remove from the pan , add sugar and cocoa powder. mix well. Take a flat tray. grease it with ghee and spread the cheese mixture. cut to to amke squares.Allow it to cool and serve
