CUSTARD SEMIYA

Ingredients used in CUSTARD SEMIYA
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Raisins - 8-10 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 6-10 numbers.
• Almonds(chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Semiya - 1 cup.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Custard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add raisins, cashew nuts, almonds and saute it.
  • Add semiya and roast it.
  • Boil milk in a pan and add above samiya mixture and stir it.
  • When the milk is boiling add sugar and mix it.
  • Add custard powder mixed in little water, cardamom powder and allow it cook.

Now the custard semiya is ready to serve.
