Ingredients used in Red Chilli - Chicken Gravy
• Small onion - equal to chilli when cut .
• Boneless chicken - 500 grams.
• Red chilli - 100 grams.
• Oil - 100 grams.
• Coconut - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Chicken Should be cut into very small pieces in the size smaller than the small onion . 1. Heat the oil and fry onion until brown . 2. Add Chicken and keep it in low flame and add Salt to taste. 3. Mix them well and close the lid to cook . 4. Add water - frac34; litre and allow it to cook for 45 mins . 5. fry the coconut pieces in oil and keep it aside. 5. After the water gets drained add the fried coconut pieces and serve .
