Ingredients used in Radish Kosambari Radish Salad
• Mustard - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 spring.
• Corriender leave (chopped) - 1 spring.
• Green chilly (finely (chopped) - 2 number.
• Lemon juice - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Shredded fresh coconut - 2 tablespoons.
• Small red radish - 7-8 numbers.
• Jeera - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Grate Radish add coconut, lemon juice mix well.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add jeera curry leaves and green chillies fry for a min. add to radish mixture.
  • Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.

Note:

Add salt just prior to serving to avoid salad getting soggy.
