PACHIMIRPAKAYYA CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in PACHIMIRPAKAYYA CHUTNEY
• Tamarind - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilles - 6 piece.
• Urad dal - half cup.
• Channa dal - 3/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in frying pan. Add Channa Dal, followed by Urad dal Coriander seeds.
  • Roast the ingrediants for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Then add green chilles Tamarind and saute them for another few minutes.
  • Add water bring it to a boil. Let it cool for a while. add salt.
  • Then grind it in grinder coursely. Your chutney is ready to eat.
