Ingredients used in NOODLES TAVA CUTLET
• Noodles boiled - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies chopped - 2-3 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Spinach chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 2-3 teaspoons.
• Oats powder - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Bread crumb - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Boil the noodles till mashy consistency by seasoning with salt.
  • Add chopped onions, carrots, green chilies, coriander leaves, pepper powder, spinach, coriander powder, lime juice, salt and mix it carefully.
  • Now add oats powder and mix it again.
  • Make dumplings with your hands and keep it aside. If its sticking to your hands apply some water to your hands.
  • Make small tikki's with the dumplings and make slurry of all purpose flour, salt and water.
  • Dip these tikki’s in the slurry on both the sides and coat them with bread crumb.
  • Pan fry them with some oil. Place all the tikki’s on pan and cook on medium flame till they turn into golden brown.
  • Then transfer them in a plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
