Description

Mutton Shahjahani is a mughlai dish, it has rich gravy and well blended nutty flavours.

Clean and cut meat into 2.5 cm cubes.
Grind the spices to a smooth paste.
In a pan add oil, Slice onions and fry till brown.
Add ground spices and fry.
When oilstarting oozing out, add mutton fry for about 20 minutes. Add stock or water and salt.
Reduce temperature and simmer till meat is tender.
Remove on to a dish.
Garnish with silvers of almond and silver paper.
