Ingredients used in METHI PURI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Kasuri methi - 1 tablespoon.
• Fennel powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, kasuri methi, fennel powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, little oil and mix it, later add water and make poori dough.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll the poori’ s.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the puri’ s later transfer it into paper towel.

Now methi puri’ s are ready to serve.
