Ingredients used in MASHED GOBI
• Boil water - 2 cups.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 pieces.
• Salt - to taste.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cream - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a pan boil water in a pan and add cauliflower florets and boil for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer florets to mixie jar, later blend into a slightly smooth paste.
  • Heat butter in a pan, a paste of cauliflower, salt, white pepper powder and saute it.
  • Add cream and mix nicely and switch off the flame.

Mashed gobi is ready to serve with any continental dishes.

I'm just wondering, why is the title labeled as "Vegan Indian cauliflower?" She used cream in it, so that's not vegan.
