Ingredients used in Masala Horlicks Oats Biscuits
• Horlicks oats - 1 ½ cup.
• Ajwain (saunf) - ½ tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Chaat masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter (cubes) - 5 number.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Grind Horlicks oats to a fine powder and transfer to a bowl.
  • Now add butter, ajwain, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder, salt (to taste) to the same bowl and mix them all to a nice doughby adding water in small quantities
  • Roll the dough into thick rotisand use a cookie cutter to cut them into biscuits of your desired shapes and sizes.
  • Finally, deep fry the biscuits till they turn slightly golden brown in color, transfer to a plate and remove excess oil.

Masala Horlicks Oats Biscuits are now ready to serve.
