Ingredients used in King Fish Fry Chinese Style
• Fish - 2-3 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Marinate fish with the mixture prepared with soya sauce, fish sauce, pepper powder, corn flour, salt.
  • In a bowl, add finely chopped ginger, soya sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper powder, along with water.
  • Later cook this sauce in a pan and keep aside.
  • After that fry fish pieces on both sides in hot oil and serve by pouring the sauce on top of it.
