Ingredients used in Green chili sauce
• Onion (chopped ) - 1 number.
• Garlic (mashed) - 2 cloves.
• Potato (peeled, cooked and cut in cubes) - 1 number.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 number.
• Spinach (chopped) - 100 grams.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Fry the onion and the garlic for five minutes.
  • Then add the coconut milk and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Put all ingredients together in a food processor along with salt (to taste) and process to a nice sauce consistency.

Serve with pakora.
