Ingredients used in Golden Goodies Cookies
• All purpose flour - 90 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Caramel colour - 2 drops.
• Castle sugar - 120 grams.
• Butter - 60 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Desiccated coconut - 60 grams.
• Cherry - 5 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add butter, castle sugar, caramel colour.
  • Mix it and add egg, vanilla essence, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder,
  • Desiccated coconut, mix all these and make a roundels.
  • Transfer into the baking tray, take the cherries cut them into halves
  • Put it on the top of the cookies.
  • Bake them into 180 c for 15 minutes.
