Ingredients used in FRIED PEPPER EGG
• Eggs (boiled and cut into wedges) - 4 number.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Take corn flour on a plate then add and or all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, water and mix it to make a thick slurry. Dip boiled egg pieces (remove the yellow part) in the slurry and coat properly. Now coat them again in bread crumbs. Deep fry these egg wedges in hot oil and take them out on paper towel when they turn golden brown. Crispy egg wedges are ready to serve with any kind of sauce of your taste.
