Ingredients used in Fish Fry Kerala Style
• Fish pieces - 8 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take salt in plate, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of coconut oil and mix them into a thick paste.
  • Nowmarinate fish pieces with preparedmixture and shallow fry on both sides with coconut oil.
  • Fry the chopped onions in the same pan and serev them with fried fish pieces.

Kerala Style Fish Fry is now ready to serve.
