EASY GUN POWDER BRINJAL FRY

Ingredients used in EASY GUN POWDER BRINJAL FRY
• Slender brinjal - 4-5 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Gun powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut slender brinjal into roundels and place in water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add brinjal and spread them, cook it.
  • Sprinkle gunpowder and toss it.
  • Check for seasoning and at last add coriander leaves.

Now Easy Gun Powder Brinjal is ready to serve.
