Ingredients used in DRAKSHA BOBBATLU
• Grapes - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - half tablespoon.
• Maida flour - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
Make the dough with Maida and keep it aside. Make grape juice. Take a pan and roast semolina with ghee and add grape juice. Add sugar till it dissolves and becomes thick then add cardamom powder. Mix it thoroughly and suji halwa is ready. Then make small balls of maida dough and keep the halwa mixture in between the balls and close the sides with hand. Make like puri’s and cook on both the sides by applying ghee on it.
