Dahi Wale Chawal - Curd Rice (South Indian Dish)

Ingredients used in Dahi Wale Chawal - Curd Rice (South Indian Dish)
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Curd/yoghurt - 2 cup.
• Ghee - 4 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 sticks.
• Chopped green chillies - 4 no.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Boil rice and Keep it aside.
  • In a pan, put Ghee, mustard seeds, Green Chillies, curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Beat Yoghurt and mix the same in the above pan.
  • Stir for about 1 minute and add to the boiled rice.

Dahi wale chawal is ready to serve.
