Ingredients used in CROUTON AND CORN CHAT
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Bread pieces - 2 cup.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Sweet corns - 1/2 cup.
• Cucumber(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sweet chutney - 1 tablespoon.
• Roasted peanuts - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a bowl and add oil, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala, red chilI powder and mix it. To it add bread pieces and toss it. Place it on frying pan and dry it until it crispy. In a bowl add onions, tomato, sweet corns, cucumber, green chillies, red chili powder, lime juice, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala and mix it. To it add fried bread croutons, sweet chutney, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and toss it. Now crouton and corn chat is ready to serve.
