Ingredients used in Chicken Pakoda
• Oil - 100 to fry.
• Food colour - 1 pinch.
• Chilli - 4 numbers.
• Salt - 2 to taste.
• Chilli powder - 2 to 3 tablespoons.
• Corn floor - 50 grams.
• Rice floor - 50 grams.
• Besan - 100 grams.
• Onion - 250 grams.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander - 1 cup.
• Turmeric poweder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

First Boil the chicken with little water, salt and turmeric powder. After cooking the chicken remove the bones from the chicken. Now add all the above ingredient with the chicken. Heat the oil in kadai and take 1 tbsp of hot oil and mix with the chicken preparation. Now deep fry the mixture in oil . Your Pakoda is ready.
