Ingredients used in Banana Peppers Stuffed With Chicken
• Boneless chicken - 250 grams.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Almond flakes - as required.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Olive oil - as required.
• Banana peppers - 5 number.
• Cheese (grated) - 1 cup.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Strawberry syrup - as required.
• Rice (boiled) - 1 cup.
Method:
Take boneless chicken in a blender, add cooked rice, coarselygrind them and transfer to a bowl. Season the preparedpaste with mixed herbs, salt, almond flakes, red chili powder along with 1 teaspoon of oil and mix well. Slit open banana peppers and stuff with the prepared chicken mixture. Heat olive oil in a pan, shallow fry the stuffed banana peppers on both sides, sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook with closed lid.
