Ingredients used in 100 LEGS CHICKEN FRY
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 1/2 cup.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Flavoring salt - pinch.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chicken breast - 1 number.
• Chilli sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
In a plate add all-purposeflour, corn flour, chili powder, Flavouring salt, mixed herbs and keep aside. Now take the chicken breast piece and put the gashes as shown in the video. Then marinate the chicken with chili sauce, pepper powder, and salt. Now coat the chicken with seasoned flour, dip in a cold water and repeat the process again. Finally, fry the coated chicken in a hot oil using wooden skewers until it is crispy. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
