CAULIFLOWER MOONG DAL WITH DILL LEAVES

Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER MOONG DAL WITH DILL LEAVES
• Split moong dal - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Cauliflower - 1 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger - small.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Dil leaves - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan add split moong dal, butter and roast it well.
  • Now take a mixie jar, add roasted split moong dal and make a coarse powder.
  • Take a pan add water and boil it.when the water is boiling add cauliflower,moong dal coarse powder and cook it well.
  • Take another pan add oil, cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, garlic, onion and mix it well.
  • Add turmeric powder, chopped dill leaves.
  • Now add cooked cauliflower, water, salt, crush pepper and cook it well.
  • Add lemon juice and mix it.

Serve in a bowl.
