ANJEER KA MEETHA

Fig dessert or anjeer ka halwa also known as anjeer ka meetha is a tasty and quick dessert. It is healthy too as it doesn't require Ghee.

• Take a pan and add fig pieces, sugar, very little water and cook it for 8-10 minutes with lid on it.
• After 8 minutes, add lime juice and cook it until it become soft.
• To it add any fruit essence, butter and switch off flame and mix nicely, allow it cool.

Now anjeer ka meetha is ready to serve with any ice cream.
