Ingredients used in VEGGIE MASALA 65 PARTY SNACK
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Plantain - 1 cup.
• Cornstarch - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric - 1-2 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a bowladd ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, cumin powder, finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, vinegar, chili powder, lime juice, cornstarch, all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of oil, required water make into a thick batter. Coat the masala mixture to cauliflower pieces and fry them in the hot oil, till they are crispy. Then coat the remaining masala mixture to plantain pieces and fry them in the hot oil till they are crispy. Garnish with fried green chili and curry leaves.
