Ingredients used in Vegetable Pakodi
• Beans - 4 numbers.
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 4 numbers.
• Green chillies - 8 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Chick pea flour(besan) - 2 cup.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Cabbage - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
Method:
  • Chop beans, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage then add salt, turmeric to boil them.
  • Strain water from it and add chickpea flour.
  • Now add chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them like pakoda’s, take them out when they become golden color.
  • Pakoda’s are ready to serve.
