- Cut eggplant, ridge gourd, raw banana into thin slices, deep fry in hot oil, transfer to a plate and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cashew nuts, fennel seeds, chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic cloves, saute for about a minute and blend to a fine paste.
