TRICOLOUR PARATHA

Ingredients used in TRICOLOUR PARATHA
• Carrot paste - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 2 cups.
• Spinach paste - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilly paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Beetroot paste - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add carrot paste, salt, wheat flour and mix it to make orange colour tight dough and keep aside.
  • In the same bowl add spinach paste, salt, wheat flour and mix it to make green colour tight dough and keep aside.
  • In the same bowl add beetroot paste, salt, wheat flour and mix it to make red colour tight dough and keep aside.
  • Take the dough separately and roll them to make small chapathi, then spread little butter and sprinkle little flour later fan fold and keep aside.
  • Now roll it like as shown in the video.
  • Dust some flour and roll them to make the paratha.
  • Heat the tawa and place the paratha and cook it on both sides using little ghee.

Now the tri colour paratha are ready to serve.
