Description

Toss Chestnut Baby Corn is a chinese style dish.

Cut chess nuts as shown in the video.
Cut the onion, baby corn, red, yellow, green capsicum and keep aside.
In a pan add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts saute it.
Now add baby corn, chess nuts, salt, red, yellow, green capsicum and toss it well.
Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, sugar toss it for 5 minutes.
