Ingredients used in Tossed Chestnut Baby Corn Curry
• Chestnut - 5 numbers.
• Baby corn (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Red capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Yellow capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Sesame oil - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut chess nuts as shown in the video.
  • Cut the onion, baby corn, red, yellow, green capsicum and keep aside.
  • In a pan add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts saute it.
  • Now add baby corn, chess nuts, salt, red, yellow, green capsicum and toss it well.
  • Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, sugar toss it for 5 minutes.
